How many support workers work at Grove Support Services?
Our support team has grown to 20 support workers, counsellors and support workers across Queensland, Victoria, New South Wales and South Australia, plus five operations and bookings staff who keep things running.
Can I choose which support worker I see?
Yes. When you enquire you can request a specific support worker. If their books are full we'll let you know and suggest a colleague with the same training, similar funding mix and capacity to take you on.
Are all your support workers screened and qualified?
Yes. Every support worker holds a current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance, a Blue Card, First Aid & CPR, and a driver's licence, and we check qualifications and references before anyone starts.
Do you have support workers who speak languages other than English?
Yes. Lei provides support coordination in English and Mandarin, and Suren provides community access and social work in English, Hindi and Punjabi. We're expanding multilingual capacity as the team grows.
