Our founder
Built by someone who's needed support work to work in real life.
Lilli Frey founded Grove Support Services to bring warmth, vision and neuro-affirming care to support work across the lifespan. She leads with a focus on accessibility, family-centred care, and support workers who actually talk to each other.
The practice grew out of a simple frustration: too many families bouncing between unconnected providers, repeating themselves, waiting months for reports that didn't reflect their lives. Grove Support Services was set up to be the opposite: coordinated, warm, supportly credible, and built around the person, not the discipline.
Today we're a team of 17+ across Queensland, Victoria and New South Wales, supporting families and individuals through NDIS, Aged Care Support at Home, DVA and private funding.
